District 5790 in conjunction with the Cross Timbers Rotary Club is thrilled to invite you to join us for a districtwide Meeting on ZOOM, Monday, May 18 at 3:30 PM. Our RI President Mark Maloney will be the distinguished speaker for our program. Let’s show President Mark how Texas Rotarians show up!
Here are a few key details to know:
• Everyone is being encouraged to wear a Hawaiian shirt. Our RI convention was scheduled to be in Hawaii this year. Since the Convention had to be cancelled, the Hawaiian opportunity is being converted to a virtual convention. (One source informed me that President Mark will be wearing his!)
• President Mark will hold a Q & A session after his presentation. What questions do you have for our President? Please send questions you have to cheryljclose@gmail.com.
• In order to have a secure meeting for all Rotarians, please register for the meeting now. On Monday when you come to the meeting the system will ask you to enter information so it can confirm you belong in this meeting. Then the system will admit into the meeting room.
• We are asking everyone to be in the meeting room by 3:30. All callers will be on mute when entering the room. We ask that you remain on mute throughout the meeting so there will not be any auditory interruptions or distractions.
